Do you accept Insurance?

Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?
In most cases, you do not need a referral to schedule an appointment with a chiropractor. However, individual insurance plans may ave different requirements. If your unsure, we can help you determine whether your plan requires a referral.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your first visit is focused on understanding what is bothering you and determining the best approach to care. This includes a discussion of your health history, a physical examination, and a movement and functional assessment when appropriate.
What does treatment at Vitality look like?
Care is individualized based on your examination and goals. Treatment may include chiropractic adjustments, soft-tissue techniques, therapeutic exercise, functional movement training, mobility work, and patient education.
The goal isn't simply to provide one dimensional treatment. Instead, we want to help you understand what's going on, improve how you move and give you tools to continue making progress outside of the office.
How do I schedule an appointment?

Do you only treat back and neck pain?
No. While back and neck pain are common reasons people seek chiropractic care, we also evaluate and manage a variety of musculoskeletal complaints involving areas such as the shoulders, hip, knees, ankles, and other joints and muscles.
Do you provide exercises a part of treatment?
Yes. Exercise and movement are an important part of our appproach when appropriate. Depending on your needs, your care may include mobility exercises, strengthening, stability training, balance and proprioception, or functional movement retraining.
How long are appointments?
New patient appointments are generally scheduled for 60 minutes so there is adequate time for your history, examination, assessment, and treatment (when appropriate). Follow-up appointment length depends on the services needed and your individual treatment plan.

No. Our approach is focused on measurable progress and helping you become more capable and confident in managing your health.
Some people choose to continue chiropractic care periodically after completing an active treatment plan, but ongoing wellness or maintenance care is a personal choice rather than a requirement.
